Vicki Lee will call you to confirm your date and time.. If we can't find a time that works for you, your payment is refunded in full. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. Details are on the Studio Policies page.
