SongCreations is a custom music service operated by Studio 105 Recording, located in Jacksonville, FL (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our custom song creation services, including but not limited to custom wedding songs, first dance music, and related audio products (the “Services”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
SongCreations creates original, royalty-free custom songs based on information, stories, and preferences you provide through our story builder questionnaire or other intake methods. Each song is composed and produced specifically for you and is not resold or reused for any other customer.
Orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer deposits or installment plans. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice for future orders; your price is locked in once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate story details, names, dates, and any other information used in your song. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information you submit.
Custom songs are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed story details and payment, unless a different timeline is communicated at checkout for rush or complex orders.
Every order includes 7 days of unlimited revisions from the date of delivery. Revision requests must be submitted within this window; requests made after 7 days may be treated as a new paid order.
Upon final delivery and full payment, you receive a personal use license to the custom song for use at your event, on personal social media, and for personal keepsake purposes (e.g., anniversaries, family archives). Studio 105 Recording retains full ownership of the copyright and master recording. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or use in advertising or paid media requires a separate commercial license, available upon request.
Because each song is custom-created specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins. Refunds are not available after your story details have been submitted and work has started, though we will work with you through the revision process to ensure your satisfaction.
All original compositions, recordings, and production work remain the intellectual property of Studio 105 Recording until the applicable license (Section 5) is granted to you upon completed payment.
Services are provided “as is.” Studio 105 Recording and SongCreations are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Information you share via our story builder (names, dates, personal stories) is used solely to produce your custom song and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
